Refund Policy Overview
At Magical Alley, we stand behind our products and services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges for both products and services.
Product Refunds
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund for products within the following conditions:
- 30-Day Window: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
- Unused Condition: Product must be in original, unused condition
- Original Packaging: Items must be in original sealed packaging (if applicable)
- Receipt Required: Original purchase receipt or order confirmation
- Return Shipping: Item must be shipped back to us at customer's expense (unless defective)
Refund Timeline
- Request Submission: 30 days from purchase date
- Item Received: We must receive the returned item
- Quality Inspection: 5-7 business days to inspect returned item
- Refund Processing: Refund initiated within 7 business days of approval
- Bank Processing: 5-10 business days for refund to appear in your account
- Total Timeline: 2-4 weeks from request to refund in account
Non-Refundable Products
The following products cannot be refunded:
- Opened or used items (crystals, herbs, spiritual tools)
- Digitally delivered content (e-books, courses downloaded)
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Items purchased during final sale events (clearly marked)
Service Refunds
Spiritual Services (Readings, Healings, etc.)
Refunds for spiritual services follow different guidelines due to their intangible nature:
- Cancelled Before Service: Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before scheduled time
- Cancelled 24-48 Hours: 50% refund
- Cancelled Less Than 24 Hours: Non-refundable (can reschedule)
- No-Show: Non-refundable (can reschedule within 30 days)
- After Service Completion: Non-refundable
Dissatisfaction with Service
While we're confident in our services, we understand that spiritual work is subjective:
- If you're unsatisfied, contact us within 48 hours of service
- We may offer a rescheduled service with another practitioner
- Refunds for dissatisfaction are handled case-by-case
- We do not refund if results don't match expectations (services are not guaranteed)
Courses & Educational Content
- Within 7 Days: Full refund if less than 20% of course completed
- Partial Completion: No refund if more than 20% completed
- After Course End: Non-refundable
- Access Extension: Partial refund may be offered for course extensions
Damaged or Defective Items
Reporting Damage
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of damaged packaging and item
- Include order number and purchase receipt
- Email to magicalalley1111@gmail.com with subject "Damaged Product - [Order #]"
Refund for Damage
- Damaged in Shipping: Full refund or replacement (we pay return shipping)
- Defective Product: Full refund or replacement (we pay return shipping)
- Missing Items: Full refund or replacement at no cost
- Processing: Decision within 5 business days
Exchange Policy
Product Exchanges
If you want to exchange a product for a different size, color, or item:
- Eligibility: Same conditions as refund (30 days, unused, original packaging)
- Price Difference: If exchanging for higher-priced item, pay the difference
- Lower Price Item: Credit can be used for future purchase or refunded
- Shipping: Customer pays return shipping (unless defective)
- Processing: 7-10 days after we receive returned item
Service Rescheduling (Not Exchanges)
Service appointments can be rescheduled:
- Free rescheduling if cancelled 24+ hours before
- Must be used within 90 days
- Subject to Bhawna's availability

Important Notes
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- We cannot issue refunds to different accounts
- Bank processing times vary; contact your bank if delay occurs

Return Shipping Instructions
How to Return Items

- Include packing slip with order number and reason for return
- Ship to return address (provided after approval)
- Use tracked shipping (we need proof of delivery)

Return address will be provided via email after your return request is approved.
Refund Deductions
When Deductions May Apply
- Return Shipping Cost: Customer-paid return shipping is deducted (except for defective items)
- Damage from Mishandling: Depreciation value deducted if item damaged by customer
- Used Items: 20-50% depreciation for items showing signs of use
- Missing Components: Deducted if original packaging/accessories missing
No Deductions
No deductions will be made for:
- Defective or damaged products
- Wrong items sent
- Items damaged in shipping
- Unopened or unused products
Package Deals & Bundles
Partial Returns
- Bundle/package products can be partially returned
- Refund amount calculated based on individual item values
- All returned items must meet refund conditions
Service Packages
- Unused sessions can be refunded at pro-rata rate
- Package validity 3 months from purchase
- Partial refunds for unused sessions within validity period
- No refund for expired packages
Special Cases & Exceptions
Digital Products
- E-books & Guides: Non-refundable once accessed
- Online Courses: 7-day refund if less than 20% completed
- Recordings: Non-refundable once downloaded
Expired Products
- Herbs and botanical products cannot be refunded if expired
- Check shelf life before purchasing
Customized/Personalized Items
- Custom spellwork, personalized readings: Non-refundable
- Exception: If service provider fails to deliver as promised
Dispute Resolution
If You Disagree with Refund Decision

Mediation
