- Booking: Must order before 12 PM IST

Processing Time

- Custom Orders (Spellwork, etc.): 3-7 business days
- Weekend/Holiday Orders: Processing continues but dispatch may be delayed

Tracking During Weekends
Courier partners may not update tracking during weekends. The actual delivery may occur as per schedule, but tracking may not reflect real-time updates on weekends and public holidays.
Packaging & Handling
Our Commitment
- All items are carefully wrapped with protective materials
- Fragile items (crystals, etc.) are extra protected
- Eco-friendly packaging materials used whenever possible
- Packages are labeled with "Handle with Care" stickers if needed
Special Handling
For delicate products like crystals or tarot cards, we use:
- Bubble wrap or soft padding
- Sturdy boxes to prevent damage
- Desiccant packets in sealed packages to prevent moisture
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Reporting Issues
If your package arrives damaged or is lost:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of damaged packaging and contents
- Include your order number and tracking details

Resolution
- We will file a claim with the courier partner
- If claim is approved: Full refund or replacement
- If claim is denied: We may offer a replacement at cost or partial refund
- Resolution within 7-14 days

- Remote location accessibility
- Public holidays or strikes
We are not liable for delays beyond our control. However, we will communicate proactively with you about any delays.
Refused Deliveries
If you refuse a delivery:
- Return shipping charges apply
- Refund will be processed minus return shipping charges
- Package must be in original condition
Address & Delivery Instructions
Providing Correct Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide:
- Correct full address
- Valid phone number
- Alternate contact number
- Specific delivery instructions if needed

- "Deliver only on weekdays"

These instructions will be relayed to the courier partner, but cannot be guaranteed.
Return & Exchange Shipping

- Wrong Item Sent: We pay return shipping
- Customer Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping
- Damaged Due to Customer: Customer pays return shipping
Exchange Process
For exchanges, return the item first. Once received and inspected, we will dispatch the new item with free shipping.
Customs & International Duty

For international shipments:
- Customer is responsible for customs duties and taxes
- We will declare the actual value on the package
- Import taxes/duties are based on destination country rules
- We cannot be held liable for customs-related delays or charges
