Guidelines for Booking Our Services
Booking & Scheduling
How to Book
To book any of our spiritual services (readings, healings, courses), please contact us through:

Booking Confirmation
Upon receiving your booking request, we will confirm your appointment within 24 hours. Confirmation includes the date, time, service type, and payment details. Once confirmed, a reminder will be sent 24 hours before your scheduled service.
Service Availability
Operating Hours
- Monday to Sunday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM IST
- Services are available as per scheduled slots
- Custom hours available for specific requests
Service Duration
Each service has a specified duration:
- Tarot Reading: 30-45 minutes
- Astrology Reading: 45 minutes to 1 hour
- Oracle Reading: 30-45 minutes
- Healing Sessions: 45 minutes to 1 hour
- Spell Work: Custom duration based on service
Payment Terms
Payment Methods
We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience:
- Bank Transfer/UPI
- Credit/Debit Card
- Digital Wallets (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- PayPal (for international payments)
Payment Timing
Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. For packages or multiple bookings, advance payment is required. Payment can be made through the provided link or by contacting us directly.
Invoice & Receipt
A detailed invoice with GST (where applicable) will be provided. All payments are processed securely, and you will receive a receipt via email immediately after payment confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Client
- Cancellation 48 hours before: 100% refund
- Cancellation 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before: No refund (can be rescheduled for another date)
- No-show (no notification): No refund (appointment can be rescheduled within 30 days)
Rescheduling
You can reschedule your appointment to another date at no additional cost if cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. For cancellations within 24 hours, rescheduling may be available subject to Bhawna's availability.
Cancellation by Magical Alley
Service Cancellation
In rare circumstances, Magical Alley may need to cancel a scheduled service due to:
- Unexpected emergencies or health issues
- Technical difficulties (for online services)
- Force majeure events
Refund & Rescheduling
If we cancel a service, we will:
- Provide 24-48 hours notice whenever possible
- Offer a full refund or reschedule at your preference
- Provide priority rescheduling for your convenience
Online vs. In-Person Services
Online Services
Online readings and healings are conducted via video call (WhatsApp, Zoom, or Google Meet). Please ensure:
- Stable internet connection
- Quiet, private space
- Good lighting for visual connection
- Device tested and ready 10 minutes before service
In-Person Services
In-person sessions can be arranged in Ranchi or nearby areas. Please confirm the location at the time of booking.
No-Show Policy
Definition
A no-show occurs when a client does not appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notification or cancellation.
Consequences
- Payment is non-refundable
- Appointment slot is forfeited
- Service can be rescheduled within 30 days at no extra charge
- Multiple no-shows may result in denial of future bookings
Special Packages & Offers
Bundle Services
We offer discounts for booking multiple services or packages:
- 3-Session Package: 10% discount
- 6-Session Package: 15% discount
- Monthly Subscription: Custom rates available
Terms for Packages
Package validity is 3 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions expire after 3 months. Package payments are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person if not used.
Preparation for Services
Before Your Booking
- Be in a calm, peaceful state of mind
- Avoid alcohol or intoxicants before your service
- Prepare any questions you'd like answered
- Ensure a private, quiet space
- Have payment ready if not done in advance

All information shared during your service is completely confidential and will never be shared with third parties. We respect your privacy and maintain the highest standards of discretion.
